I got blank 2U aluminum panels from PAiA. These are undrilled. I just drilled the holes I
needed with a hand held drill motor. I measure the parts to determine side to side
clearance and I add a fudge factor of "oh-say-about-this-much".
I never intend my panels to look like they were professionally manufactured. Labels are
drawn with a Sharpie - if that's what you're looking for, there are others on this list who
do an artful job of that.
