[sdiy] Midi->Ethernet->CV converter.... :-)

I really hate midi...(well, not really ;^) )

I am working on something at work right now that involves putting
something on the Internet. This is the first time I have ever done
anything with TCP/IP. But I see the possibilities. I am using the
Ethernut 2 board from Egnite and writing the code using the NUT/OS and
WinAvr.

At home, I am going to make a peripheral that will provide the CV
outputs that I can connect to an Ethernut board before I can really be
sure I can do this or not.

(what I am doing at work has nothing to do with music :-( )

What is really cool is that I will be able to have a web based program
for doing the configuration, etc.

For those who are considering Web based apps, I really like the Ethernut
board. The Nut/OS is also very nice.

The device driver on the computer side is going to be a bit
difficult...although, I think I have found a way to make an end run
around that.

As soon as I have something to post, I will. This will all be open
source when it is done.
