Tom,

Thanks for the suggestion. I've already got good tools - in fact I'm 
pretty handy with SMD having done a fair amount of soldering of SOIC, 
MSOP and LQFP semiconductors. I just haven't got a good stock of 
passives yet.

Thanks for the suggestion - I'll check it out.
