Good point Jason,

Always be careful of what you buy on Ebay. I make a point of inquiring
about everything before I buy it. Sometimes the sellers aren't very
technical people and misinterperate the value markings on their parts.
Often they appreciate it if you help them out with this.

I haven't ordered form these guys yet but they have a good selection
of 1% at reasonable prices.
