Ebay should have (and I had suggested this to them long ago) a search
string for their security team. When certain obviously no longer
available items come up (Like Jupiter 8's for instance) that are common
for scammers to work around, they should really look for the OBVIOUS
(eg. non standard buy it now prices for 600 dollars etc. and the
instruction to deal through a defunct middle man outfit) but also look
at records on things like this and if it's obvious they are selling
remarks of something. launch an investigation. Ask the people where
they are getting the chips etc. And remove their account if it's
obvious they aren't willing to give valid answers and watch for similar
activity coming in under a different account.. -Bob
