generating circuitry, including the "waveshape" crossfader)

some cool suggested tweaks from Grant Richter - alas, no sine wave
oscillator on this board, I ran out of room)

I've got a fifth board I'm working on that has the preamp, envelop
detector, CV inverter, and will have something else TBD on it since I
have a little bit of space left.
My criteria for how much of the Easel to put on one board is basically
how much logically related stuff I can cram within Eagel Lite's limits.
I really need to stop doing layouts and actually order some of these
to build & test them and find all the places I screwed up and fix
those up, so I can move forward with the next stage, which is letting
these into the wild.
