Certainly a good idea for a book. As I only acquired my first synth
with knobs about a month ago, I would certainly like to get my hands on
a "Subtractive Synthesis Cookbook". (I'd also like one for additive
synthesis for my Kawai K5000, but somewhat less of a market for that.)
