ok its all wired and fired!
i dont have the case built yet but there already is a problem...
mainly the audio out to the jack is not grounded?!
if i put a TS connector into the audio output to where only the tip is
touching then i get full output and it seems like all the functions
work.....
however, when the TS cable "snaps" in it cuts the audio out....
i will use the troubleshooting guide to help and double check my
wiring but what is not grounded?!?!
i have extra washers....
do the washers need to go on both sides of the pots and spdt switches
when mounted on a metal faceplate?
not sure why that would matter just an idea....
i love the noise it makes (i got a didgeridoo sound and sci fi sounds
galore!) but i want to find out why the audio cuts when the 1/4" TS
plug is all the way in....
i attached ground to the neg terminal of 9v battery but still same
issue...
I am a tad confused on the grounding, does the chassies ground also go
the neg terminal? i have it wired like the diagram with the neg going
to ground on the board off the zaniness pot....lol
any ideas on what to check first?
cheers & happy holidays!
nate
