In this case we're talking about assembling the same PCB 20 times. In  
that case it becomes incredibly tiresome flipping the board back and  
forth. With a set-up like we;re talking about here, it's possible to  
stuff all the resistors at once, then flip it and solder all of them.  
This should eliminate a significant anxiety I have about doing lots  
of the same design. It also will be a boon for my giant PCBs I am  
stuffing lately, some of them 16" x 6".
