How about these items from RS Components : 546-354 and 549-527 or better
still this from Farnell : 439-757
If you want a cheap but effective method then pop down to your local
hardware store and get some reels of masking tape as used by painters. Place
some components and then tear off a strip of tape and lay it across the
components and firmly on to the pcb at either end. Flip the board over and
solder one leg on each component. Flip back, carefully remove the tape and
make sure everything is still flat to the board (more important with things
like ICs and sockets). Flip over solder all remaining legs and hey presto.
Repeat
