[sdiy] Anglian Art ARP 2600 sliders and caps

I had some broken slider shafts too, but I found the same shafts in some
sliders I salvaged from a Thomas Troubadour organ. This is probably
harder to come by than the replacement sliders, but maybe some other
organs from this period used them...?
