Bob,

I'm pretty sure the guy on ebay that Mark is referring to is the
same as the 'synthrestore' link I gave you.  On ebay he sells as
"Anglian Arts". For example, see item 310102047452.  Unfortunately,
he only lists the three values you mentioned.
