[sdiy] on/on/on DPDT to 3 position switch

Only some switches operate this way.
Most switches toggle both pairs of contacts in parallel giving you a conventional
2-way switch with centre-off.

Switches like the C&K7211 have a special arrangement that toggles the switch
contacts ina different manne rsulting in set of contacts always being closed when
in the centre-position. This is how you are able to get a 3-way action from the
switch.
