Me too. They've got a zipfile of support material for that board here:

Unfortunately, this doesn't contain a schematic of the board - just some 
example programming projects and a few meager doc files with 
instructions and a connector pin-out.

The CPU core runs up to 60MHz.  The on-chip oscillators can run up to 
10MHz - presumably this is a typical 2-pin crystal oscillator with some 
sort of internal PLL to step the clock rate up to a rate that the CPU 
can use for best performance.
