[sdiy] Electronics Parts Search

I've added a UK/US switch ..
http://burnit.co.uk/sdiy/part_search.php

Basically I've removed CPC and RS from the US and added Allied (which is 
RS in US).
It also sets the country for any sites that support it (Digikey, 
Farnell, Mouser).
