[sdiy] Ticking noise from Yamaha CP60M piano

Thanks everyone,
Well, I re-soldered all joints at the output board (where I replaced the caps) but the hiss is still there, but again, only when engaging an external effect on either of the available effect loops (A or B).
Interestingly enough, if I only plug a cord which connected the Send to the Return (no actual effect unit preset), no hiss is heard at all...
I wonder if the caps should be Audio quality caps, which might make the difference ?
