Hi Todd,
When you say "Tumbles" what do you mean ?. I used to work in video and
I hate to say it but the scanning looks like
it has been badly damaged, the physical scan coils could have been
displaced. With physical movement this would
be most likely as the electronic scanning looks like it is working in
a fashion. May need to see a TV / Monitor repair
company. I never managed to find a service manual for the Term "A"
either. My "A" had a multi-tapped mains transformer
with a 110V / 220V selector switch but it was a later model with the
5.25" drives.
