The keyboard scanning cpu is not obtainable.  People will tell you that there's a project to clone it by some chap on the continent 
(europe) but thats been the case for years, and nothings happened yet.

I think the DAC shouldnt be too hard, and the CEMs are definatly obtainable, but at a price.

If youre going to make a rack device, why use the cpu and dac?  Why not do as im planning with the original pro-one pcb i have and 
simply add a midi to cv interface and route directly?  If you use a midi>>cv device with a couple of extra CC generated voltages, 
these could be used as sources in the modulation martix.
