I mounted my Roper-Whitney #17 on a three foot length of 2x8". When I use it, I clamp it onto a Workmate. When it is not in use, it hides in a closet. I'm guessing that it might weigh 30 lbs. It easily pokes holes through 0.071" 6061-T6 aluminum.

Whitney is probably most famous for the No. 5 Jr kit. There are Asian copies for less than $20. See Harborfreight.com

Visit www.roperwhitney.com. I found a tool distributor in Woodinville, WA that had a whole warehouse full of great old machines; hydraulic presses, flywheel presses, shears, brakes,....drool.
