Subject: [sdiy] Adding Control Voltage

>Hello,
What would be the proper method of adding a control voltage in to the place in a circuit where there is currently a 1meg potentiometer? I would like to use an lfo to modulate that parameter. Any suggestions, opinions, and or links would be great.
>Thanks

There's also the H11F3 optocoupler - although I do see more people using the VTL5 that Matthias suggested.

A good tip I got from this list is to put the LED side of the optocoupler in the negative feedback loop of an op-amp. That will improve the linearity and allow you to add summing style effects like FM, etc.
