There's a whole lot of municipalities (mine included) that would have a 
problem with this.  Neighbor complains,  then you get a nasty letter from the 
code enforcement officer,  who mentions in passing the possible $500/day 
fine,  etc.

Which is one of the reasons I want out of here and someplace way more rural,  
the other (and primary one) being cheap land.  :-)
