Ian,
It looks as if Mostek finished in the mid 80's and the rights were
sold to what is now ST
Microelectronics so that chip is fairly ancient. Having contacted
Ranger before I would
guess they will ask the kings ransom for one !. I guess a PIC solution
would be more fun,
and certainly cheaper.
