[sdiy] Siel Mono too out of tune to adjust

The tuning on my Siel Mono has drifted so much that it cannot be
fixed with the fine tune tab below the joystick any more.

The corresponding preset, Pc4, is already fully anti-clockwise so
it cannot be adjusted that way either.

What should I do ? I suppose I could replace Rc68 or Rc67 with
another value but would that be the correct way to attack the
problem ?
