[sdiy] OT, posting pcb's from Japan to UK

Hi,
sorry if this is off topic.
I just wondered if anyone on the list would know the best way of posting 
some circuit boards from japan to the Uk ?
( is it possible to get the parcel tracked ? )
as I'm trying to help one of the people from another email list get some 
of their oscillator boards repaired, and one of the options is for them 
to send the boards to the Uk for repair.
are there likely to be custom problems ?
any help much appreciated.
