I use one, I never have some problems, its good tools !

I use it to drill PCBs manually so 0.8 mm to 3.0 mm.
I am using the Dremel 300 with nice wood box ;)

I think buy "4486 Dremel Chuck" = "Mandrin universel (4486)" (in french)  for 
use with small Drill Bit...
