Yes, I think it's easy.

For AR, you can set sustain to max, and delay to whatever. The result  
is an AR envelope.

I'm not entirely sure what a ADR envelope would be, but  I assume  
it's like an AD envelope, but with a different time if the gate goes  
low. If it is, you'd just set the sustain to zero.
