Well, it looks like a great move for the Synth DIY community along with other groups of DIY music electronics, would be to establish local meet up groups just like Paul Maddox & Jim Patchell are doing. This could offer greater benefits and forge new friendships beyond those ties formed through the various mailing lists and forums. Wouldn't you agree?

So if there is anyone in the St. Louis area and surrounding communities that would be interested in getting together, lets talk and see what we can do. 

Just like Jim, I often feel like I must be the only Synth & instrument DIY person in this area...

So, if you are nearby...what do you think?
