Oh, I see there has been some misunderstanding.
Just to repeat what I said: (only speaking for myself):
You *are* allowed (and encouraged!) to use my PCBs (that you've bought), use 
them in your products, and sell your products.
Just as with any potentiometer you've bought. :)
What you are *not* allowed, is to copy my PCB *artwork* and make your own 
PCBs.

what's the difference in a PCB and a potentiometer for instance? -not
technicaly but from a legal point of view ;)

why should i be allowed to use a PSU i bought, but not a PCB? i can't see
the difference. populated board is okay, bare board not?
