[sdiy] Should I use REAL PCBS or ETCHED

great advice

yes i am being paid for my time
but not by the hour but by the completed project. (as i am sure you all know-for me this is my first time being paid to be an electronics person so i am new to all of this)
so i wonder which is more time saving. on the one hand i have a guy who if i pay him to my pcb design will do it through pcbartist (good program by the way for schematics...and its free) anyway BUT that is money i will have to pay him out of my own pocket.

i think

he is not the issue. nor is the person paying me who is a good friend. the issue is really what is going to get this GIGANTIC BREADBOARD MESS OFF OF MY DESK AND OUT OF MY LIFE

god all i have been doing is living and eating and peeing this project for 6 months. AND NOW i have to draw up the schematics in something other than my own notebooks (which has always been fine for me) and its a pain.

thats all.

sometimes i think the kind of project i took on has no place being done by ONE person. it should be the work of a team.

can small electronics companies make it though?

thanks all

for letting me vent tonight

and btw, the project sounds awesome
