[sdiy] Low Cost Avnet Spartan-3A Eval Board News

There are several such complaints regarding different devices on the Microsoft NNTP
news server in the Windows XP help and support newsgroup as well as Google hits on
this.  Whatever the problem is, it appears that many USB devices work fine (in my
case, I have a USB keyboard and mouse, both work with SP3).

I've seen no response from Microsoft regarding this problem, but it seems to me that
if it affects more than one device type from disparate sources, the problem is in SP3
and not the individual device drivers.
