[sdiy] Shipping PCBs to the EU ???

Anyone have any experience with shipping PCBs to the EU?

I need to send a raw PCB and a chip to Portugal. Does anyone
have any tips for a smooth delivery ?

I'm concerned with how to declare the items to Custome, and
whether or not RoHS is going to be an issue.

If there are any problems to be had... what are some work-arounds ???
