Hi Ian
Try Sprint layout from http://www.abacom-online.de/uk/
I like it a lot.
It does gerbers, is easy to use, and costs 40 euros...

Best, Christian

I currently have Eagle Light, but I'm going to need boards bigger than 80x100 mm.... actually, I'm going to need boards bigger than 160x100 mm, and I really don't want to/can't pay $1500 for the professional version. I've looked at Easy-PC, but $830 is still a bit steep. Is there a program that I can get that will produce PCB art that's in gerber file RS-274X format, Eagle format, or .pcb/.ddb format and is relatively cheap?
