[sdiy] EH frequency analyzer

Hi Dan

It uses the 1496. It has a preamp for guitar and also will work with
modular levels. I modified it to either run signal thru it's preamp or
bypass it. As well I added voltage control with a vacrtrol to change
the voltage control the frequency of the internal oscillator.
(Internal oscillator uses a wierd dual pot)

It's a very nice unit designed by Oberheim for Maestro.
