Hi Drew
I would put them in series across the +15 and -15V volt rails with
a suitable dropping resistor. If they are on all the time, there will
be no problem with noise / voltage drops as there would be if they were
flashing.
Each RED led with be like 1.7V forward drop, so add the total volatge
drop, subtract from the total voltage, and then calculate the series
resistor to get the current you want.
