Umm - like an LED and a resistor?

Resistor probably around 3K for 30V differential (I use 470R for 5V, 1K
for 12V). The actual value depends on the current requirement of the
LEDs you're using.

If you're doing multiple LEDs, then you can either parallel this whole
lot up, or just parallel the LEDs (but watch the current of the
resistor).
