I have a couple for sale right now. B&K 1477 dual trace 15Mhz (no probes)
$65. All switches and controls have been cleaned, everything works well and
its ready for use.
B&K 2522 20Mhz dual trace digital storage scope. Like new, works great, no
probes. $125.

Either would be more than enough for analog synth DIY.
