[sdiy] IEC inlet with fuse drilling

The last time I dealt with this, a chassis punch was used for the fuse 
holder and it came out pretty sweet.
It was sort of a "D" shaped hole so you could not drill that too well. the 
IEC hole can also be done that way, but I am sure the punch is hundreds of 
dollars ( ie. not worth it ).
