Im thinking diode as well. I found another drive w/ about the same
circuit board.. newer revision. On this one the part is an ON semi
QE/RSD. There are other QE/R** parts on it.
I can't find any info on ON's or ST's websites..
How are people supposed to ID these things??

2 leads - probably a diode if it's showing polarity on an Ohm meter.
No clue what the number means.
