No, but it _does_ specify where the emitter and collector go.  I  
guess I should have been clearer - in AN299 the collector goes to the  
reference voltage and the emitter goes to the integrating cap.  In  
flight's schematic the emitter and collector are reversed, i.e. "the  
wrong way round".
