Hi,

Personally I'd go for option 2:

> 1    +15v
> 2    GND
> 3    GND
> 4    -15v

and locally generate +5V for micro/logic with a linear regulator.

Colours: +15V = red, GND = black, -15V = blue

But that's just my opinion :)
