[sdiy] MS-20 LFO in Audio?

Hey Guys (and Gals?)

I'm trying to build a really neat-0 ring modulator modulation source.  I remember Tom Gamble over at EFM used to have a schematic for an MS-20 LFO...  I recall it going into audio range (which, unless this is a really unique and interesting oscillator, I assume would just be a matter of smallering down the timing cap)...  Anyhow.  Can someone point me to an MS-20 LFO schematic?

Also, are there any simplifications or refinements people like to perform on these LFOs?
