[sdiy] Unused CA3046 for transistors: best practices

I know the substrate pin of a CA3046 should be attached to the most  
negative voltage the transistors will see (Paul suggested doing so  
through a 10K resistor).

If that particular transistor isn't being used, what should we do with  
its other connections?

For the other transistors, what's the best thing to do with the  
transistors that aren't being used?
