[sdiy] CA3140 vs. TL08x, LM319 vs LM311 in Bergfotron/Buchla VCO

While we're on the topic of the Bergfotron/Buchla triangle core...
If the TL08x is good in the integrator because of its high input
impedance, would a CA3140 work even better? (I recall seeing the
CA3140 in some sawtooth designs, maybe the various Electronotes
designs?)
Also, I've heard the LM319 is faster than the LM311 - would it work
better in this application to? (And the 319 is kind of nice since it
has two of them, so it would be natural if you were building a dual
VCO - and the CA3140 has a dual version, the CA3240).

P.S. I'm pretty sure my student Greg was using a TL08x or TL07x as his
integrator - I have giant tubes full of them - so I'm guessing there's
something else going on with the wiring...
