[sdiy] CA3094 replacements for EH guitar synth??

The polarity is a little misleading... the output
transistor has both the collector and emitter available...
the LM13700 has only an emitter. The CA3094 is a little
more flexible in that way. In the EH application, it can
be gotten around...
