[sdiy] CA3094 replacements for EH guitar synth??

Its usually possible to sub the LM13600 or LM13700 and just change
the polarity of the inputs.  I've done the tracking filter of the
EH guitar synth this way. Its not a bad circuit but you might find it 
a little hard to build a quiet one.
