I found the schematics to the OB-1 and OB-X here:

I don't know about the rest of the synth circuitry, but the VCO looks
to be very very close, if not identical, to that of the SEM (I didn't
look at it in a whole lot of detail though.) Too close to the SEM to
tackle at this time, at least...
