stock one at about $80.

They also do tweezer irons but they may be above your current budget.  
A nice pair of ceramic tipped tweezers are useful - the ceramic stops  
the solder sticking to the tweezers when you're holding a component. I  
once had a pair with these little heatsinks on them so you're fingers  
didn't get hot but I can't find a supplier.
