[sdiy] Cool panel mount midi socket sources in the US

I use the 16HR655 from Mouser.  This is a nickel plated jack with a rear nut.  You can see them in the photos at http://www.modularsynthesis.com/cvs/DJB-CVS_front.jpg

They also make a black matte version but I like the nickel since it matches the 1/4" jacks.

I know this is from Mouser, but I am assuming you mean the cheesy 5 pin connectors with the two screw mounting flange.
