Not as inexpensive, and form factor is not all that small, have you looked
at the Schmart boards? They have a footprint versatility and are of good
quality.

Subject: [sdiy] TQFP to DIP adapters, anyone ?

Hi guys,

I found several providers for TQFP to DIP adapters, all of them located
in China. I was wondering what these items are worth, and if anyone on
this list has already used them... They're only a handful of euros so
there isn't a big risk, but I'm more worried about what might happen
once an expensive TQFP chip has been soldered on the adapter...

Thanks in advance,
JB
