[sdiy] MAD 1108 VCF6

It sounds like his is just a good filter design that could be
perfected but is already really nice.  I think a VCFC6 tune up page is
in order.  The diodes or the chips, transistor change (how to shoehorn
a 2sc1583 in), the feedback caps, the trimpot addition.
